WINNIPEG — The Winnipeg Police are asking for the public’s assistance in locating missing 35 year old Earl Ross out of the Winnipeg, Manitoba area.
Earl was last seen on October 28, 2016 in the afternoon. His last known location was in the Transcona area of Winnipeg, Manitoba. He was last seen wearing a light colored silver or grey jacket, a grey hoody, dark blue jeans, a green Saskatchewan Roughriders ball cap, and beige runners.
Earl is described as:
• Gender: Male.
• Ethnicity: Aboriginal.
• Hair: Dark hair in a short poytail and thin mustache.
• Height: 5 feet 11 inches.
• Weight: Thin build.
